A Portuguese island in the Atlantic Ocean, closer to Africa than mainland Europe, Madeira really does have something for everyone—cliffs, mountains, endless ocean views. It also offers a rich cultural scene and diverse culinary experiences, and of course, it's the home of Cristiano Ronaldo—that was my selling point for my husband. Even the airport is named after him: Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport. Who knew? What I didn't know was the airport's infamous landing. Apparently, the whole world knew about it—except us. There are entire YouTube videos on crazy landings in Madeira. I had no idea. Our landing there was, by far, the most intense landing I've experienced—and it wasn't even a windy day. Babymoon, yes or no?

I've always been the traveling pregnant woman. And I'm a fan of babymoon. I've got several travel stories during my first pregnancy and they were all positive. With my pregnancy with baby girl, we did two big road trips at six-week pregnant. I flew to Warsaw at eleven-week pregnant. And I enjoyed every trip. On the other hand I know some ladies who think that traveling during pregnancy is a no no. Whether they don't feel comfortable (all the toilet trips, the morning sickness and the heartburn) or they're just simply tired. With me, traveling (except prenatal yoga, routine swims and regular office works, of course) kept me happy and active. Why you should take free stopover tours, with your child

Many major airports in the world, the home of the biggest airline companies, offer free stopover tours for their loyal passengers. In cooperation with the national government, they give their transit passenger a compliment while promoting their own tourism, which, is kind of smart. A lot of people don't know about this, I think mainly because the packages are advertised only on the official website of the airlines, so unless you buy your tickets from their official websites (many people still get their tickets from travel agencies) chance is you won't see the offer. Until recently I only knew that Turkish airlines, Qatar airways and Emirates offer the tour for transit passengers in Istanbul, Doha and Dubai.
